Course fees are listed on the website and are payable before enrollment. All fees are non-refundable unless the Course is cancelled by the Trainer.
Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. The Trainer is not responsible for any errors or issues related to payment processing.
You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after this period will not be considered. If the Trainer cancels the Course, you will receive a full refund of the Course fee.
The Course is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Trainer does not warrant that the Course will meet your specific needs or expectations.
The Trainer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Course.
The Trainer may terminate your enrollment in the Course for violation of these Terms or disruptive behaviour.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Trainer with respect to the Course and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
The Trainer may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the website. Your continued enrollment in the Course constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
