Techtadd Limited is committed to delivering high quality training programmes. This Refund Policy sets out your rights and our obligations in relation to payments made for programmes and courses offered through digitalmarketinginternshipcourse.com.

14-Day Cooling Off Period

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, provided the programme has not yet commenced. To exercise this right, please contact us at elvijs@techtadd.co.uk within 14 days of your payment date.

Refunds Before Course Start Date

If you request a refund after the 14-day cooling off period but before the course start date, a full refund will be issued. Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.

Refunds After Course Commencement

Once the programme has commenced, refunds are issued on a partial basis depending on how far you have progressed through the programme:

  • Before Session 1 — Full refund available
  • After Session 1 and before Session 3 — Partial refund at the discretion of Techtadd Limited, reflecting the value of sessions already delivered
  • After Session 3 — No refund will be issued. By this point the core value of the programme has been delivered and no further refund eligibility applies

Refunds are strictly structured:

  • Before Session 1 → 100% refund
  • After Session 1 → up to 50% refund
  • After Session 2 → up to 25% refund
  • After Session 3 → 0% refund

Monthly Payment Cancellation

If you are enrolled on a monthly payment plan and choose to stop payments mid-programme, you will retain access to the programme up to the point your last payment covers. No refund will be issued for payments already processed. You will not receive a certificate of completion or portfolio references if you do not complete the full programme.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • After Session 3 has been delivered
  • Where a participant has violated the Terms of Use
  • Where programme materials have been shared or reproduced outside the programme
  • Where the request is made more than 14 days after the course start date without prior agreement

Elite Club Refund

A top performing participant may be selected from each cohort to receive a full or partial course refund as a reward for exceptional performance, dedication and results across the full 12-week programme. This is awarded entirely at the discretion of Techtadd Limited and is not a guaranteed refund. It is not subject to this standard refund policy and cannot be requested — it is awarded based on performance.

Please include your full name, email address used at enrolment, payment date and reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 28 days of approval and returned to your original payment method via Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer as applicable.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
