ABOUT ELVIJS PLUGIS

Founder, Investor & Operator

Elvijs Plugis is an investor, operator, growth architect, and founder building companies through execution-led ownership rather than advisory or passive capital. He is the Founder & CEO of Erevantis, an execution-led holding platform focused on governance, execution, and value creation across multiple companies.

Alongside Erevantis, Elvijs has founded and built Sigulp, an independent strategic growth consultancy operating across marketing, sales, business development, partnerships, media, PR, events, and product-led growth. Sigulp operates as a standalone business and may, where appropriate, act as one of several execution partners within broader ecosystems.

He works at board and executive level with companies facing scaling, execution, or post-funding challenges—stabilising governance, revenue systems, and operations before growth accelerates.

Rather than traditional consulting or “sweat equity” models, Elvijs deploys owned operational entities with full execution responsibility, aligning ownership to measurable value creation through equity, revenue share, or hybrid structures.

His work spans the UK, Europe, GCC, and international markets, supporting companies from early-stage through to large, complex organisations where execution quality directly impacts valuation.

Why Work With Elvijs Plugis

Elvijs Plugis operates at the intersection of execution, ownership, and growth. His work focuses on solving complex scaling, governance, and post-funding execution challenges where outcomes materially impact valuation, capital protection, and long-term control.

Execution Over Advice

Elvijs works hands-on at board and executive level, focusing on execution systems, governance, and measurable outcomes rather than theoretical recommendations.

Operator-Level Experience

With over a decade of experience across multiple markets, Elvijs has operated within early-stage, scaling, and complex organisations where execution quality directly affects growth and enterprise value.

Ownership-Aligned Models

Engagements are structured through equity, revenue participation, or hybrid commercial arrangements—ensuring alignment between execution responsibility and economic outcomes.

Built for Complexity

Elvijs is engaged when stakes are high: post-funding execution risk, revenue instability, leadership strain, or structural growth limitations that require decisive operational intervention.

Erevantis is sometimes compared to marketing-for-equity or sweat equity models. However, rather than exchanging isolated services for minority equity, execution is structured through ownership-aligned operating entities, governance, and full accountability for outcomes.

How Elvijs Works With Companies Today

Elvijs Plugis works with companies and investors where execution quality directly impacts growth, valuation, and capital protection. Engagements focus on ownership-aligned execution rather than advisory delivery.

  • Stabilising execution and governance post-funding
  • Building revenue systems that scale predictably
  • Resolving execution bottlenecks across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Structuring equity, revenue-share, or hybrid engagement models
  • Supporting boards and founders during growth or turnaround phases

Marketing is treated as one component of execution — not the product.
