Programme Enrolment

By enrolling in a programme and completing payment, you are entering into a binding agreement with Techtadd Limited for the delivery of the selected training programme or course. 

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment (full or first instalment). This forms a legally binding agreement.

Techtadd Limited reserves the right to:

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to curriculum materials, training content, videos, presentations, written materials and branding — is the intellectual property of Techtadd Limited and its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

Work delivered by participants as part of programme assignments is produced for the purposes of training and belongs to the company or brand for which it is delivered. Participants retain the right to reference their work publicly as portfolio evidence and proof of experience, including on CVs and LinkedIn profiles.

Participant work:

  • Delivered as part of training → belongs to the company/project it was created for
  • Participants may use outputs as portfolio evidence

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute materials
  • Share access with others

Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling you agree to:

  • Engage with the programme honestly and in good faith
  • Submit original work for all assignments
  • Respect fellow participants, mentors and programme staff
  • Not share, reproduce or distribute programme materials outside the programme
  • Meet assignment deadlines and participate actively in live sessions

Programme Delivery

All programmes are delivered entirely online. Live sessions are held on scheduled dates and recorded for participants who cannot attend. Techtadd Limited reserves the right to adjust session schedules, content or delivery format where reasonably necessary, with notice provided to enrolled participants.

Certificates and References

Certificates of completion and internship certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the programme. Portfolio references may be used publicly by participants as evidence of their experience. Techtadd Limited does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes as a result of completing any programme.

Elite Club

A top performing participant may be selected from each cohort to receive recognition as an Elite Club member, which may include a full or partial course refund as a reward for exceptional performance and dedication. This award is entirely at the discretion of Techtadd Limited and is not guaranteed. Selection is based on assignment quality, consistency and real project results across the full programme duration.

A participant may be selected for a performance-based reward, including a potential refund.

This:

  • Is not guaranteed
  • Cannot be requested

Limitation of Liability

Techtadd Limited provides programmes and services in good faith but does not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, salary levels or career results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techtadd Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from participation in any programme or use of this website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Techtadd Limited is not liable for:
    • Business losses
    • Loss of income or opportunity
    • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant.

Governing Law
